Hi you all,
A new blog, just what the world needs, right.....RIGHT. Today is the first day of the rest of my life, with regards to blogging. I intend to take advantage of this forum as millions of other have and do. I however will take a narrow path through the news that I post and my opinions which I derive from my experiences in life. Good old common sense will be used in ample helpings as we travel through the day to day events that shape our world and more importantly.....us.
Japan, Libya and the middle east, Russia, foreign policy and the cozy relationships shared by the rich and shameful. We, in addition will also take a look at the day to day problems that impact our lives, you know, those silly stupid resolutions put upon us by our (doing elected officials), you know, those folks that have a better idea for our safety, how we spend our money and for our quality of life.
Roundabouts, traffic laws, bank charges, tax abatement's and local corrupt officials. Recall petitions filled out improperly, recalls that aren't even legal and the real cost of these petitions. Remember, as a democracy, everything that we do costs money, you don't think that there is an agency called the "government" and then there is us. We are the government and our tax dollars are the ones being spent, (not the governments).
We will also travel through the sporting world, (my sister wants to own a baseball team) tackle humorous issues that will make us all laugh. Serious, serious, I hate that word, but we must be serious with some of the stuff that is out there, those things that will effect our kids and our kid's kids. Right up front I will have to tell you that I don't give a crap about my (kids kids) and how their lives will be altered by my actions.
My father and mother gave little thought to how either my sisters, (Elaine, Nancy or Janie) or myself would be effected by what they did. They left our future to us, hoping that the choices that we made were based on a decent upbringing and sound moral judgements.
I am passionate about life, my choices and my beliefs as well as my moral corrector. I do not believe that I need (looking after) by a benevolent governmental agency. I call for tax reform, from the top down, I also call for the reduction of government with regards to redundant services.
I refuse to take myself to serious, although I do take issues on a case by case basis and attempt to come to some sort of resolution when I feel a decision is necessary. This venue of communication is exciting to me and I look forward to many stimulating debates on a wide range of issue.
I do hope that my friends, sisters and my coat tail relatives gain a better understanding of me, the Frazer Chronicles and what I stand for. Let the games of communication and the transfer of ideas begin.
